Languages: Spanish / English (elemental level)
IT Skills: Computer skills basic level
Assist the reception department, bookings management, use of specific computer programs
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or by phone; answering or referring inquiries
Liaise with Maintenance, housekeeping and reservation departments to complete set tasks
